Conditions: MIGHTY MEN MOVING, INC. in no way shall be held liable for loss thereof or damage thereto or delay caused by the act or default of the undersigned, or by the nature of the property or defect or inherent vice therein, or for occurrences in warehouses unrelated to MIGHTY MEN MOVING, INC., or for loss or damage to any of the following items, unless arrangements have been made for the packing and unpacking by MIGHTY MEN MOVING, INC. of certain such articles, or unless such loss or damage was caused by the clear and willful negligence of MIGHTY MEN MOVING, INC. and the responsibility to prove such negligence shall be made on the undersigned: paintings, plants, statuary, ornamental metal works of art, articles of virtu, photographs or pictures, antique dishes or glassware, musical instruments, vases, unframed mirrors and prints, uncrated marble or enamel pieces, lamps, loose lamp shades or other fragile articles, furniture made of compressed wood fibers in whole or part, furniture in previously soiled, torn, frayed, or otherwise damaged condition, lacquer or modular furniture requiring partial of whole disassembly, dry, cracked, or untreated veneer, dry, cracked, untreated or painted wicker, the electronic or mechanical function of goods such as radios, televisions, turntables, clocks, refrigerators, washing machines, etc. In addition, MIGHTY MEN MOVING, INC. will assume no liability for loss or damage to any piece of large or oversize furniture (i.e., sofas, bookcases, armoires, pianos, refrigerators, etc.) or other household goods, with respect to painted or plastered walls, ceilings, soffits, banisters, baseboards, or floors of hardwood, linoleum, tile, or carpet, etc., wherein the negotiability of such furniture items into or out of by such premises imposes certain difficulties preventable only by employing a separate means, such as hoisting, requiring the employment of additional equipment and possible surcharges. Additionally, MIGHTY MEN MOVING, INC. will not be held responsible for damages not reported within 48 hours of the completion of the move.

Subject to the above terms and conditions, the agreed or declared value of the property is hereby specifically stated by the understated shipper to be not exceeding, unless otherwise noted below, $0.60 per pound per article.
